4 makeup trends for spring

What makeup trends for spring 2018 are worth noting?
I am picking up on 4 trends and share them here with you.

I predict a lot of fresh dewy skin and carefree application of colourful and bold eyemakeup for Spring.

FRESH DEWY SKIN
Not so much dewiness enhanced by highlighters and strobecream, but a glow from within.
2018 we want to have a bare face with as little makeup as possible on the skin.
Flawlesss skin inspiration from the runway of Giambattista Valli and Stella McCartney below.

I also love the playful and explorative element in hair, makeup and styling, we saw on the runways for spring 2018.

PLAYFUL USE OF COLOURS
Look at the bright colourful swooshes on the lids at Marnis spring presentation .
A perfect way to be daring and bold in your maximalist expression.
A big nod to the 80s.

THE BOLD EYELINER

Thinking outside of the box even when it comes to eyeliners.
Definitely both graphic and bold takes for spring.
Here seen on runway shows at Rochas and Marc Jacobs.

STATEMENT BLUSH

If there is one makeupartist to whip up trend after trend, that the world follows, it is Pat McGrath.
For spring she took the 80s statement blush to a new level, at Valentino.
If you pair the bright fuchsia coloured blush with an irridescent illuminator in the inner corner of the eye and keep the rest of the face clean, this look might be easier to pull off.
